Directions:

Use at night 

Start Slow 1 x a week, if more later up to 2 or 3 times only is best so the skin can recover.

Note: avoid Low PH Vit C (Brightening C, LFEG) and Retinol ( Triple and Double Triple Retinol with the Glow Pad unless you have been using for a long period of time for less irritation.
